Tibet and Nepal Travels
Tsampa is the staple food of Tibetans. Tsampa is actually green fried noodles. It is fried noodles with highland barley, finely ground, but not sieved. It is similar to the fried noodles in northern my country, but the fried noodles in the north are ground first and then fried, while the tsampa in Qinghai and Tibet are fried first and then ground without peeling.
Ingredients A bowl of highland barley White sugar or brown sugar Ghee 3/1 kg Qu La (milk residue) 4/1 bowl Two cups of milk tea Method/Step First, prepare the barley wheat, wash the barley noodles, and dry them. Then fry it. Third, it has to be ground into powder. Prepare ghee, brown sugar or white sugar (a person's favorite), kula (milk residue), milk tea and ground barley wheat flour. Put a piece of ghee, some sugar and koji (milk dregs) in the bowl, and then pour some hot tea (milk tea is best, which will taste better.) When the ghee is almost melted, you can put tsampa (cooked) Qingkefen) stir together. After stirring, those who are interested can make various styles they like and drink with milk tea. It's delicious. |
